We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if made 30 days or more before the arrival date.
- 50% retention if cancellation is made between 15–29 days before the arrival date.
- 75% retention if cancellation is made between 08–15 days before the arrival date.
- 100% retention if cancellation is made within 07 days of the arrival date.
- Dec 20 to Jan 05th this Policy is will not be valid for the bookings, can contact reservation desk for more details
Refund Process
- If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original mode of payment. (Valid for 30 days cancellations only.)
- Convenience/transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.
