Terms and Conditions – Riverine Tour

By booking a stay or cruise with Riverine Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 50% should be paid at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
• If payment is not made by the due date, the booking may be released without prior notice.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Night Stay Cruises: Check-in at 12:00 PM, Check-out at 09:00 AM.
• Day Cruises: Check-in at 12:00 PM, Check-out at 05:00 PM.

3. Identification

• All Indian guests must present a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, Passport, Voter ID).
• Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport with Visa at the time of check-in.

4. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
• Damage to property or violation of houseboat rules may lead to cancellation without refund.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Alappuzha, Kerala.
